 We do not sell, trade, or share user personal information.

Delfin will never sell, trade, or otherwise share with outside parties your personal
information except as expressly stated in this Privacy Policy.
We may use your personal information:

 To maintain and administer our Websites.
 To evaluate the quality of our products and services.
 To maintain the integrity and security of our Websites.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

When those purposes, or legal requirements as the case may be, no longer apply, we will securely delete your personal information.

Delfin does not currently use your personal information to track and target you with advertisements on third-party websites. Delfin will not disclose your personal information to others without your consent to do so, except:

 To carry out the purposes for which you have provided it to us.
 To comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
 In the context of a sale, amalgamation, re-organization, transfer, or financing of parts or some or all of Delfin’s business.
 For purposes of research and development where your personal information combined with all or some of the personal information of other users and such aggregated data no longer contains personal information.
We use a third-party provider, Sendinblue, to manage our e-mail mailing lists and to deliver our newsletters and other e-mails. When you sign up to receive e-mails from Delfin, your personal information is securely shared and stored with Sendinblue. You may “unsubscribe” from our e-mails at any time by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our e-mails, in which case Sendinblue will delete your information from our mailing list. In any such case where we share personal information with third parties, Delfin requires recipients to comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy and all applicable data privacy and security laws.
In the unlikely event we discover that a recipient is using personal information in way that conflicts with this Privacy Policy, we will take all reasonable steps to stop them.

TRANSFERRING INFORMATION OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA
Your information, including personal information, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States or Canada and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including personal information, to the United States and process it there.
Likewise, if you are located inside the United States or Canada, please note that we may transfer some data, including personal information, to our affiliate facilities located in Italy and process it there in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

CHILDREN
Delfin’s Websites are intended for users eighteen (18) or older. It is not in any way designed to attract children. If we discover that a person under the age of eighteen (18) has submitted personal information to our Websites, or that someone has inappropriately done so on their behalf, we will delete such information from our databases as soon as practicable and in accordance with applicable law.
